Essential

1–3 years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or technology operations role
Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace administration (user management, permissions, apps)
Experience with Slack or similar team communication platforms at an admin level
Project management tool experience (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)
Hands-on experience using AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — in a practical, day-to-day context
Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort with learning new platforms independently
Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests across different teams
Good communicator — able to explain technology concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues

Desirable

Familiarity with automation tools such as Claude Code, N8N, Make, or ZapierBasic scripting or coding knowledge (Google Apps Script, Python, or similar)
Experience in a multi-brand or fast-paced SME environment
Exposure to iGaming, fintech, or RegTech industries
Prior experience conducting technology training or internal demos
